  Fun for the entire family! Come join the staff and friends of the Wallkill River NWR as we celebrate National Wildlife Refuge Week.  Light refreshments available.

• Noc Night
  Event Description
  Saturday, October 24 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM Reservations required $3 for members of the Friends Group $5 for non-members, maximum $15 per family Don’t miss out, sign up early! Location: Refuge Headquarters 1547 County Route 565 in Vernon Designed for children 5 years and older Come meet the native nocturnal critters (actors in costumes) of the refuge during this fun and educational Halloween season event. Guided tours (limited to 15 per group) leave every 20 minutes from refuge headquarters. Light refreshments (and free treats) will be available. Participants are encouraged to wear their favorite animal costumes. Please call 201 660 8880 for reservations.
